Not quite done with Twitter wars for the weekend, Western Cape Premier Helen Zille turned the wrath of her thumb on Johannesburg residents yesterday.
Retweeting a post about an impending water crisis in Joburg, Zille’s interpretation riled up social media justice warriors. “Jozi next … Lesotho Highlands Water Scheme years behind plan due to corrupt tender awards,” read the tweet.
To this, Zille added in her retweet: “For all the gloating Joh’burgers, please remember: Karma can be a real bitch.”
