Partly cloudy conditions and isolated showers expected in parts of SA on Saturday

The South African Weather Service (SAWS) has forecasted partly cloudy, warm conditions and isolated showers in most parts of the country on Saturday.

Saturday’s weather forecast:
Gauteng: Partly cloudy and warm becoming cloudy with isolated thundershowers. The expected UVB sunburn index: High.
Mpumalanga: Cloudy in the east, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers.
Limpopo: Cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the north-east.
North West: Partly cloudy and warm, with isolated showers and thundershowers in the east. It will be hot in the west.
Free State: Partly cloudy and warm, with isolated showers and thundershowers in the east where it will be cool.
Northern Cape: Cloudy and cool over the southern interior at first, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot becoming fine in the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly.
Western Cape: Fine and warm to hot, but cool along the south coast. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly to south-easterly along the south coast, otherwise fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly. The expected UVB sunburn index: Extreme.
Western half of the Eastern Cape: Morning fog patches over the interior, otherwise fine and cool, but partly cloudy in the south. The wind along the coast will be light and variable, becoming moderate south easterly from mid-morning.
Eastern half of the Eastern Cape: Morning fog patches in the west, otherwise cloudy and cool with isolated morning showers and rain in the east. It will become partly cloudy from the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be light westerly, becoming moderate south easterly from late morning.
KwaZulu-Natal: Cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly. The expected UVB sunburn index: High.
