Another pastor is now the talk of Facebook town after a video of him kissing a congregant during a church service emerged. In the video, two women are seen onstage, along with another woman and two other men, presumably ushers, as the pastor prepares to ‘deliver’ the congregants.
“By the power of the Holy Spirit, God is working here,” he says as the man behind him shouts: “Yes, Lord!”
The pastor then turns to the woman, holds her chin as he prepares to kiss her, blows air in her face then locks his lips with her as the other four people look on. The interpreter then goes: “Jesus, thank you, Jesus, yes Lord!”
Watch the video shared on Facebook by Musa Mathebula, with the caption: “So this Nigerian ‘pastor’ based in South Africa is kissing a woman live on Tshwane TV. What the hell is going on in this world.”
One Facebook user commented on the video that the pastor was from Rustenburg, calling him a “liar” who allegedly once accused the ZCC church of practising “witchcraft”.
Another church video that has left the Facebook streets confused is that of Zion church members who appear to be stick-fighting during a service as the other congregants sings, while others shield themselves from the fighters in fear of getting hurt.
