A group of students at the University of Cape Town (UCT) this morning stormed into an exam venue and released fire extinguishers.
This as students from UCT and Cape Peninsula University of Technology are set to march to parliament today to demand that President Jacob Zuma release the fees commission report on the feasibility of free higher education.
Zuma received the report August, and has since been applying his mind on the document.
It is understood that the students inside the venue were expected to write a test, but it had to be postponed due to the protests.
The Daily Vox reporter Mohammed Jameel Abdulla posted videos of the incident on Twitter.
