“Our footage showed that the store was broken into around 5am,” said the manager, Hashim Ismail.
“According to the footage, we saw several suspects who took exactly two minutes to take whatever they wanted.”

General manager at Lakeside Mall Chantell Roemer said the mall, together with Fidelity Security Services, will discuss any security measures needed.
“Investigation is still under way; however, at this point, we know the suspects entered off the Tom Jones Street entrance to the upper-level parking area,” Roemer said.
“Until the investigation is completed, we will not know exactly what measures will need to be implemented. However, Lakeside Mall together with Fidelity Security Services will discuss these measures in detail.”
According to Roemer, Fidelity Security Services will provide any counselling required by the security guard.
Footage from the store shows the suspects kicking and bashing the store’s door until it broke.
