EFF spokesman, Mbuyiseni Ndlozi stood on a point of order, asking president Jacob Zuma to leave because he was a ‘constitutional delinquent’ and not worthy of addressing parliament.
As members of the EFF stood to support Ndlozi, who kept on insisting that Zuma was a delinquent, speakers Baleka Mbete and Thandi Modise requested security guards to remove the EFF.
