WATCH: ConCourt rules on #SecretBallot case

The Constitutional Court handed down its judgment on whether a no-confidence motion in President Jacob Zuma can be carried out on a secret ballot in the National Assembly.


Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng said on Thursday, after weighing up the issues relating to the upcoming motion of no confidence in President Jacob Zuma, National Assembly speaker Baleka Mbete had the power to allow a secret ballot, but the court cannot order whether this should or should not happen.
