A video has recently resurfaced on social media of police officers searching a topless man, and it has left social media users with a lot of questions.
In the 2014 video, three US officers can be seen searching a man, who is handcuffed, when one of them grabs his crotch area and asks what is in there.
Many social media users were left with a lot of unanswered questions. How did this happen?
