We had the pleasure of capturing the behind-the-scenes action of Kwesta and Wale's music video for 'Spirit', and this is what went down.

Kwesta & Wale during the shoot of their music video
Five-time Sama winner Senzo Mfundo Vilakazi, aka Kwesta, teamed up with US hip-hop artist Wale in his hometown, Katlehong, on the East Rand, to shoot the video for his hit single, ‘Spirit’.
Wale, who flew in for a surprise performance at an invitation-only concert held by Heineken at the Newtown train station this weekend, also performed at various other venues. The two artists, who have forged a friendship, came up with a clever concept to involve the community of Katlehong in the video shoot for Spirit.
The Citizen got exclusive access to the behind-the-scenes action of the video shoot.
