Eloise Saayman, the gospel singer from White River, in Skukuza, Mpumalanga, was left in stitches when earlier in January she came across two baby elephants in the Kruger National Park (KNP) fighting over who was the rightful owner of an anthill, Lowvelder reports.

One anthill, two calves, both with an itch to scratch and a need to spray sand over their backs. “This is mine!” you could almost hear them trumpeting before their short fight about who is boss of this anthill in KNP.
“It was as if the one protecting his property was saying ‘this is my anthill. Get lost!’,” laughed Saayman.
