Three suspects arrested in Randburg brothel raid

One of those who were arrested was the owner of the house that was used as a brothel.


Three people have been arrested after the Hawks raided a brothel in Linden, Johannesburg.

The raid occurred on Saturday.

Linden police spokesperson Captain Walter Spencer confirmed the three individuals were being held in the stations cells and have been charged with a range of charges, from human trafficking to illegal immigration, Randburg Sun reported.

According to Spencer, one of those who were arrested was the owner of the house that was used as a brothel.

The Hawks are still investigating the matter.
