Thieves make off with cellphones in Centurion
The suspects are believed to have threatened employees with handguns.

On the same day that shots rang out at the opening of the new Springs Mall in what appears to be a cash-in-transit robbery, a Centurion shopping centre was reportedly also a target.

Police spokesperson Captain Daniel Mavimbela reportedly told Jacaranda FM that the suspects threatened staff with handguns at a Telkom store in the Centurion Mall, making off with cellphones and fleeing in a silver Mercedes C30.
No injuries were reported.
Crime Air Network on Twitter also confirmed the robbery.
