The Commission of Inquiry into State Capture chaired by Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has announced that testimony that was expected to be heard during the lockdown period has been postponed until further notice.
In a statement on Thursday, the commission said that all persons who had been notified to appear before it during the period 20 April to 30 April were no longer required to do so, in light of the lockdown.
“In due course, they will be notified of new dates when they will be required to appear before the commission.
“Those persons whose dates of appearance before the commission fall outside the period of lockdown must note that, unless the commission notifies them otherwise, they are required to appear before the commission on the given dates.”
