This comes after two taxis were allegedly impounded by the Ghost Squad earlier on Wednesday morning.

Police and local traffic officials are on the scene in the CBD.
According to unconfirmed reports, one taxi was impounded in Knysna Road and the other in Nelson Mandela Boulevard.
Police and local traffic officials are on the scene. No buses are able to exit or enter the hub.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area as a section of the CBD is currently closed.
