Robert Marawa and Babalwa Mneno get into twar over Archbishop Tutu

While Marawa deems Tutu to be the pinaccle of leadership, Mneno can't seem to forgive him for how he treated the late Winnie Mandela.

Following his input on the currently highlighted topics of xenophobia and femicide, Sports broadcaster Robert Marawa and model Babalwa Mneno ended up getting into a twar over Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu.

“The void left by true leaders like Archbishop Desmond Tutu is massive! He would have been right in the middle of the mess! Whatever mess!” tweeted Marawa, to which Mneno responded “ahhh ahhh Robz… not this uncle…. shame… towards the end he switched on the call!!!! Leader of mama Winnie slander brigade! Forcing and patronising her to apologise for something she didn’t do!!! That broke me and CANCELLED HIM for good!”

Marawa then emplored Mneno to read about the Archbishop’s work prior to his very public lambasting of the late Winnie Mandela and asked that she re-read his post and “leave selective politics out of it”.

She rebutted by stating that she was merely adding to the conversation by expressing her disappointment in Tutu.

Marawa then hinted at her throwing stones from a glass house before the conversation tapered off unresolved.
