WATCH: Gwede Mantashe does vosho for senior citizens

The minister seems to be a man of many talents.


The minister of mineral resources, aka “DJ Gweezy”, Gwede Mantashe, hit the dance floor at the year-end function of the ANC caucus on Wednesday and did a vosho for senior citizens.

Before showing off his dancing skills, Mantashe addressed NEC members and touched on the “difficult” moments the ANC faced in the past year, including former president Jacob Zuma’s motion of no confidence vote.

“You showed us all, even when we deprived you of your right to vote with your conscience. There’s no conscience in the ANC, there’s a party line, I believed that and I lived it. I had to communicate it to you as if it was my view when my view had been defeated and I hope that all of us are like that,” he said.
