Accused woman tells Rachel to keep Kolisi ‘under a tighter leash’

The woman says she will not apologise because she did nothing wrong.

The woman who was called out by Rachel Kolisi for allegedly sending Springbok captain Siya Kolisi an explicit image broke her silence on Tuesday. She said she never sent him any pictures. In fact, the image Rachel claimed to have been sent to her husband was taken from her Instagram account, she claimed.

She said: “The post is on my IG! Hahaha at first I deleted the post but why should I make myself look guilty. Keep your husband under a tighter leash. I’m not going to try and defend myself but I have 100s of people messaging me telling me I’m a sl*t,” she said.

Rachel deactivated her Instagram account following her video.

Rachel caused a social media uproar on Monday after taking to Instagram to ask social media users to help her track down a woman she claimed had sent a picture of her butt to Siya, something that made her “very angry”.

The woman in question apparently blocked Rachel and changed her Instagram handle, though it was unclear if it happened after realising Rachel was onto her.

She said: “Any of ya’ll follow this person? She blocked me. I’m asking for a friend. Her handle has changed, if someone could please send her details. As far as I understand, she trains at Virgin Active Claremont. Just wondering what her ass is doing in my husband’s DMs. In case you haven’t heard, I don’t like being disrespected.

“My face is so red because I’m so angry, but I just want to finish off the situation saying this: ‘The days of women having to take shit and deal with shit and do nothing about it are over’.”

She was still trending on Tuesday morning, with others criticising her actions, while others sent her messages of support.
