A team of South African Revenue Service (SARS) officials targeted African Global Operations’ premises on Friday to execute a search and seizure warrant.
The SARS officials alongside the newly established Economy Unit obtained a warrant to enter the property on Friday morning, according to News24.
SARS officials said details of the operations were still confidential after liquidator Cloete Murray held a meeting with Bosasa staff to inform them of a way forward on salaries.
Union officials have confirmed that staff were paid for February and would be paid in March.
Bosasa was placed under voluntary insolvency at the beginning of February after major banks informed them of their decision to close down their accounts.
