A man was arrested for the cultivation and possession of dagga in the east of Pretoria, Pretoria East Rekord reports.
Police spokesperson Constable Connie Moganedi said the Cullinan crime prevention unit followed up on the crime after they had received a tip-off on Monday.
The dagga found on the farm.
Moganedi said when police arrived at the man’s farm they searched the man and found two matchboxes containing dagga in his possession.
“When police further proceeded to the garden, they found 41 dagga plants,” said Moganedi.

The man was arrested but was later released with a warning to appear in court.
He is expected to appear in the Cullinan Magistrates’ Court soon.
Moganedi has urged residents to help police fight fraud, corruption and other unethical behaviour.
