In a campaign video released on Tuesday, presidential hopeful and leader of the African Content Movement (ACM) Hlaudi Motsoeneng excitedly announced that he would be releasing his party’s “action” manifesto next week.
He said the manifesto was just the thing South Africa needs to turn around its ailing fortunes, and he boasted that it was not about “words” but “action”, and that he was an “action man”.
“On the 6th of April we are going to launch our own manifesto … for the first time in the history of South Africa after 1995, you will see a huge change in our manifesto.”
He said the only thing he knew in his life was “action and implementation, vision and plan”.
“The person that is going to change South Africa, whether we like or not, is Hlaudi Motsoeneng, the president of ACM.”
