ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene at about 8pm and “saw there was nothing they could do to save the man,” ER24 spokesperson Annine Siddall said on Saturday.
He had no form of identification on him and was declared dead by ER24 paramedics. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not yet known, Siddall said
