Leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters, Julius Malema described how the party had inspired “a lot of confidence” that “even pastors speak out against the government” when he took to the stage of the party’s fourth birthday celebration rally at Curry’s Fountain in Durban on Saturday afternoon.
Malema said the venue was a “meeting point of activists since the 80s”. “We want to remember history so we don’t betray the mission,” he said.
The party leader shared the party’s efforts so far – saying the “MustFall movements all emanates from the EFF” – and looked to the future aspirations, emphasising that laziness would not be accepted.
“If you are earning a living in the name of the EFF you must work hard and perform beyond expectation!”
