It contains countless nutrients, and it can be eaten raw, cooked or can be drunk in a delicious raw beetroot juice drink.
Beetroots are also almost entirely edible, making it an economic and guilt-free meal. Raw beetroot is made up of 88% water, 10% carbohydrates, 2% protein, and less than 1% fat.
