A fire erupted at the University of Limpopo in one of the female residential facilities on the Turfloop Campus last night.

It is alleged that the fire started from the newly built kitchen at the university’s female residence at about 9pm, Letaba Herald reports.

Jonas Nhlane, control officer at the university, told the Letaba Herald that the supervisor was alerted of the fire by a resident of the campus.
