A Richards Bay woman is intent on pressing charges after becoming the victim of an apparent ‘peeping Tom’ incident on Saturday night, 17 February, Zululand Observer reports.
A video, captured by CCTV cameras at a petrol station in Veldenvlei, has gone viral on social media. In the video, the man bends down and appears to be taking a cell phone photo or video up her skirt.

After suspecting that something was amiss, the woman turns around, and the barefoot man pretends to be busy with something else on the floor.
The woman was reportedly turned away from the Richards Bay Police Station when she attempted to open a case. The victim has since taken her complaint to Cluster level.
