Yet another ‘technical glitch’? Tshwane Emergency Services numbers not working
Here are the alternative numbers Tshwane residents can use to report fires and life-threatening emergencies.

Both the toll-free 107 number and landlines of the Tshwane Emergency Services are unable to take calls due to a technical glitch on Thursday morning.
According to Tshwane Emergency Services spokesperson Charles Mabaso, “the services providers have been notified and technicians are working on resolving the problem”.

Alternative numbers for Tshwane Emergency Services
Mabaso urged the city’s residents to use alternative numbers to report emergencies.
Please call the following alternative numbers to report a fire or life-threatening emergency 083 232 5398 or 082 879 1191.
For medical or ambulance services, they can call the national emergency number 112.
On 11 April, exactly a month ago, the toll-free 107 number was also malfunctioning for a couple of days due to a “technical glitch”.
