Traffic is heavily backed up following an accident involving a taxi and two other cars, which left 11 people injured at the corner of Grayston Drive and 5th Avenue, Sandton Chronicle reports.
The accident happened at about 9am when a taxi collided with a car, which in turn collided with another vehicle.

This is according to Jurgen Kotzé, spokesperson for Emer-G-Med, who said: “Eleven patients were transported by Emer-G-Med and two required advanced life support intervention.”
Kotzé said all the patients were transported to different hospitals for further treatment.
