Missing eight-year-old boy found dead south of Joburg
The devastated family had hoped to find the boy alive.

The body of an eight-year-old boy, who went missing on Sunday, was found in Wemmer Pan, Pioneer Park south of Johannesburg on Thursday morning, reports Southern Courier.
A SAPS preliminary investigation has revealed that on the day the boy was reported missing, his clothes were found next to the lake.

After finding his clothes, police commenced with their search and found the body of the boy. He was declared dead by paramedics.
Moffatview SAPS is appealing to parents and community member to keep track of children to avoid such incidents.
Moffat View communications officer Capt Jeff Phora said a case of inquest has been opened.
