Body of an elderly man found with raincoat shoved down his throat
Police say a cellphone and two laptops were stolen from the man's home.

An elderly man was found dead in his home in Silverton, Pretoria on Tuesday morning, the Centurion Rekord reports.
Silverton Police spokesperson Captain Jan Sepato said the 78-year-old man was living with a family member.
“She left for work on Tuesday and got worried when she was unable to hold of him.”
Sepato said she went home around 11:00 and found the house in a chaotic state.
“She found the body in the garden with hands and feet tied up.”
Sepato said a raincoat was shoved down his throat.
Initial reports indicated that a cellphone and two laptops were stolen.
Police is investigating a murder and robbery.
“Any member of the community with information are urged to come forward.”
