Humiliated Pirates couldn’t even bring themselves to give the final score
The loss on Saturday was so bad the club struggled to post the number 6.

Orlando Pirates suffered another huge loss to Mamelodi Sundowns at the Loftus Versfeld on Saturday. While the team’s supporters were mostly disappointed and angry, the team was clearly embarrassed about it.
During the match, the club’s Facebook page did a live report of the match, notifying fans of the substitutions and goals that were being scored, obviously by Sundowns, as the team was really not in the mood to score.
Sundowns was leading by two goals by half-time, and the club updated the fans on Facebook as usual. The updates went on until the final whistle, and the club was just too embarrassed to give fans the update, so they merely wrote: “90′ FULL TIME: Daniel Bennet calls time on the match after the allotted 8 minutes come to a close.” That’s it, no mention of the score.
Following the match, as usual, Minister of Sports and Recreation Fikile Mbalula made fun of the team’s loss, further angering the fans. Taking to Twitter on Sunday morning, Mbalula said he tried calling someone but experienced difficulties pressing the number 6.

Fans were not impressed with the minister, so they told him to “sit down”.
