Front National wants to know why Ramaphosa won’t let Afrikaners secede from SA

The party wants different ethnic groups in SA to do their own thing because apparently cooperation is doomed to fail.

One of the smaller parties on this year’s ballot paper, Front National, a secessionist group calling for the self-determination of white people, particularly Afrikaners, has been very active on social media in the lead-up to this year elections.

The party, led by Daniel Lötter, who is apparently also responsible for its communications, this week explained that they were proudly promoting the rights of the Afrikaner, saying that if Black First, Land First could be advocating for only the rights of black people, and the Freedom Front Plus’ recent new recruit Peter Marais was only interested in the advancement of coloured people, then they could fight for the rights of whites.

On Wednesday, they said that the Afrikaner as a minority group was supposedly now “tired” of having to “carry” other groups in South Africa, and everyone should simply be allowed to determine their own fate through self-determination.

They said they were over letting their children feel like “criminals” in the land of their birth due to the “capital crime” of apartheid, which they had not had anything to do with.

They accused of President Cyril Ramaphosa and his government of double standards in supporting self-determination for Palestinians and the Sahrawi people, but not for Afrikaners.

“Three weeks ago Cyril Ramaphosa expressed support for Palestinian self-determination.

“We asked: Do you support that for the Afrikaner and other people of European descent as a solution to our problems and if so, when? No reply.

“Yesterday Gwede Mantashe supported self-detemination for Western Sahara from Morocco.

“We ask the ANC again: Do you support that for the Afrikaner and other people of European descent who so wish, and in fact for any other nation in SA who wants it? And if, when.

“That is all FN asks: When?”

Perhaps one of the reasons Ramaphosa may be ignoring them is because of how they depict him in their official messaging:

Yesterday, they also responded to a black Twitter user who told white South Africans they shouldn’t be panicking because, with “hard work, dedication and quickly getting over it”, they would supposedly be able to recover even if their land was taken.

The party told him: “Now listen here, you arrogant little man, white South Africans are not panicking. We’re not giving up our land. We’ll defend it to the end. Get that through your skull!

“Let Front National make it very, very clear to you – we are not going to stand back and allow you to walk in and simply take what we have built, developed and achieved over three centuries and then start all over again elsewhere while you run it to the ground in 25 years, like you did with the rest of the country.

“And when you have destroyed, looted and exploited everything we have left, while we were building elsewhere, you start all over demanding THAT from us.

“No. You have all the opportunities, support and assistance through BEE under your new government. Build your own. Get your land from the ANC – they have more than enough to give you.

“What is ours is ours and you won’t take it.”
