Netwerk24 reports that the deceased had been arrested for assault with intent to do GBH (grievous bodily harm) on Wednesday after he allegedly assaulted a worker at a residential complex he resided in, in the east of Pretoria on January 29.
He was released on R750 bail after appearing in the Pretoria Magistrate Court.
The publication reports that the deceased often had noisy outbursts which neighbours overheard and he had his latest one on the date in question.
Two unidentified minors had to flee after he allegedly attacked them with his fists. He later assaulted a worker in the complex.
