Gang storms Telkom store in Durban mall
Suspects reportedly made off with more than 50 cellphones and routers in the La Lucia Mall robbery which took place on Sunday.

Durban North SAPS are looking for a gang of four men involved in the robbery of a Telkom store at La Lucia Mall on Sunday just before lunchtime, Northglen News reports.
According to Capt Raymond Deokaran, spokesperson for the station, four men entered the store and one of the men produced a pistol in the robbery.
“They held three victims up and they were all ordered to the back room of the shop. The suspects made off with a number of routers and cellphones in the incident. Thankfully no one was harmed in the robbery. At this stage it is unknown how the suspects fled the scene,” he said.
Though Deokaran could not confirm, it is believed more than 50 cellphones and routers were stolen in the robbery.
La Lucia Mall centre manager Vanessa Blevins confirmed the robbery had taken place.
“Management of La Lucia Mall can confirm a robbery took place at the mall on Sunday. Thankfully no one was injured. The SAPS have been in attendance and are investigating the matter.”
