‘Resurrection pastor’ Lukau accused of abusing young girls
Three separate sources have accused the pastor of abusing his power in an attempt to solicit sex.

The pastor who made news after a controversial video showing him performing a supposed “resurrection” went viral has been accused of sexually abusing young girls who joined his church.
According to City Press, Alph Lukau targeted a 16-year-old girl who says her encounter with him destroyed her trust in religion for months.
She alleges he used his power and position as a “man of God” in an attempt to pressure her into sex.
Another young woman has also accused the pastor of “forcing himself on her”, according to the publication, and a married woman said he made advances towards her including text messages and a job offer.
Lukau has fervently denied all the allegations, with his lawyer telling the publication he is happily married and that his family has been harmed by “malicious allegations”.

Lukau, of Alleluia Ministries International, made headlines after getting the country’s attention after holding a “miracle” service at his church in a service that, among other extraordinary things, saw people throwing away their wheelchairs after receiving their alleged healing.
He also supposedly raised a man from the dead in a “miracle” which went viral on social media but was slammed and accused of being faked.
Incredible Happenings church leader Pastor Mboro – another controversial minister who once claimed he had been to heaven and took photos of it using a Samsung Galaxy smartphone – demanded answers from Lukau following the clip going viral and accused Lukau of bringing Christianity into disrepute.
Lukau, however, doubled down after his “miracle” caused controversy.
Speaking to congregants at a service shortly after the incident made the news, Lukau said the backlash he had received was a result of the world having grown “cold” towards the word of God, further clarifying he did not raise the man from the dead, but only prayed for his strength. He further challenged “clergymen” to go back to the Bible and understand that what happened at his church should not have been strange to them.
