Cops find stash house in Ekurhuleni

Norkem Park police found several stolen items at a house in Birchleigh on Saturday, Kempton Express reports.
Norkem Park police spokesperson Captain Lesibana Molokomme said constables Setlhabi and Mokgwadi, from the crime-prevention unit, arrested a male suspect in possession of ammunition and some suspected stolen property on Ebbe Street around noon.
He said the police received a tip-off from a member of the community about a suspicious-looking house on Ebbe Street.

Upon arrival at the house, they found a suspect with the following suspected stolen items: five laptops, five .38 special bullets, shotgun ammunition, five laptops, cellphones, video, cameras, wristwatches, handcuffs, a safe and laptop bags.
The suspect, 35, will face charges of possession of ammunition and suspected stolen property.
