PICS: Four dead in Mpumalanga crash after driver loses control of vehicle
The vehicle was carrying 13 people and is believed to have been travelling to Wakkerstroom at the time of the crash.
Four people were killed last night around 10pm when a bakkie they were travelling in overturned on the R543 Road between Mkhondo and Dirkiesdorp, Mpumalanga News reports.
Two more passengers sustained serious injuries and four people further escaped with slight injuries.
It is reported that the driver lost control before the vehicle overturned and crashed on the side of the road.
The four people died at the scene and investigations are underway. All the injured people were rushed to a nearby hospital in Mkhondo.
