N2 closed after serious accident at Umngeni off ramp
A truck and a car collided on the highway. All motorists involved in the collision were injured.
It’s believed that the truck veered across all four lanes of the freeway.
The N2 highway has been closed following a crash between a truck and a car. It is believed the truck veered across all four lanes of the busy freeway before crashing into the car, reports Northglen News.
“Two people from the car sustained serious injuries. There were three people in total in the vehicle and they were all injured as well as the truck driver,” explained Rescue Care spokesperson, Garrith Jamieson.

Jaimeson has advised motorists to use alternative routes as the highway has been closed while the accident scene is being cleared.
“The entire N2 north has been closed at the Umngeni off-ramp. Expect delays,” he said.
