Severe thunderstorms expected in Limpopo, North West, Gauteng today
Other affected provinces include parts of the Mpumalanga highveld and the northwestern parts of KwaZulu-Natal.
The South African Weather Service has warned of severe thunderstorms with possible hail (some of which might be damaging), strong winds and heavy downpours on Friday afternoon.
According to the weather service, the southern and southwestern parts of Limpopo, the northeastern parts of North West, Gauteng, the northeastern parts of Free State, as well as the western and southern parts of Mpumalanga Highveld, and the northwestern parts of KwaZulu-Natal will be affected.
