Kunene’s website ordered to remove sex videos of Ramaphosa’s alleged lover
The businessman had argued the videos were in the interest of the public as they had allegedly been sent to Ramaphosa.

Businessman Kenny Kunene’s website Weekly Xposé was on Friday ordered to remove videos of a woman Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa allegedly had an affair with.
Kunene’s website recently published two blurred sexual videos of one of the eight women the deputy president allegedly had an affair with, but identified her in the story.
The videos had allegedly been sent to Ramaphosa.
Judge Raylene Keightley delivered judgment on Friday in the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg. The judge said the woman’s right to privacy outweighed the public interest and the right to freedom of expression – which Kunene had argued for – Sunday World has reported.
The businessman had argued the videos were in the interest of the public as they had allegedly been sent to Ramaphosa, an argument Keightley dismissed.
She said the publication “crossed the line”, ordering Kunene to take them down and also not publish them in future.
Kunene was reportedly ordered to pay with costs.
