ANC files motion of no confidence against Mashaba
The ANC has been saying since August that the city allegedly has a serious cash-flow problem.

Johannesburg’s ANC has filed a motion of no confidence in Executive Mayor Herman Mashaba of the DA following continued question marks about the state of the city’s finances.
The position of City speaker Vasco da Gama will also be voted on.
The ANC alleges the pair have failed in their duties of service delivery to residents and the motion will be heard at the city’s next council meeting this month.
The EFF is currently boycotting council sittings, in protest against its former ally the DA.
