- Comptia A+ (A Plus) an entry-level computer certification for PC computer service technicians.
And must have knowledge in the following:
- Windows 7 and Windows 10 Professional;
- Windows server domain controllers;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Printers
- Local Area Networks.
