A 39-year-old man has been arrested for attempted murder while his alleged accomplice, a woman, is on the run in Olievenhoutbosch, Centurion Record reports.
Spokesperson for the Tshwane West police cluster Constable Tumisang Moloto said the incident occurred on Tuesday at about 7pm.
Moloto said the man and woman allegedly attacked and stabbed the victim multiple times in the upper body with an unknown object at the Choba informal settlement.

“The motive is still unknown. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for further medical treatment,” Moloto said.
Moloto said the Olievenhoutbosch police’s swift response led to the man’s arrest, but his accomplice was still at large.
He said the Olievenhoutbosch police were investigating a case of attempted murder.
