Zimbabwean nationals in court for uprooting Cycads worth R1.4m
According to reports, Mugabe was replaced by Emmerson Mnangagwa, his vice-president he sacked two weeks ago. Zanu-PF also fired Mugabe’s wife Grace, and two cabinet ministers Jonathan Moyo and Saviour Kasukuwere.
While some tweeps were pleased to hear of the 93-year-old leader’s departure from power after 37 years, some were skeptical and wanted to know why it had taken Zanu-PF so long to remove Mugabe, and what Zimbabwe’s future would look like should he vacate office.
This is what you think of the unfolding developments in Zimbabwe:
The ZANU-PF decision to recall Mugabe perhaps the straw that's broken the camel's back

Expelling Robert Mugabe from Zanu-Pf is not the answer. Zimbabweans must vote for a different party otherwise the same regime will carry on

Even this recall from ZANU-PF does it pass the constitution of ZANU-PF? Was he charged internally? Did he have a chance to defend himself? This G40 cabal thing may prove difficult to sustain in court. Mugabe is not gonna go down without a fight.

Fun how Zanu PF Spokesperson called the dismissal of EDM was unconstitutional – when you given an unconstitutional mandate do you go ahead and carry it or refuse?
