“A shot was fired when the men overpowered them, and Killian was hit. She died at the scene. According to our information, the intruders were dressed in orange overalls with balaclavas over their faces.”
The men left with a large amount of cash, as well as an array of hunting knives and weapons, and fled in the victims’ bakkie.
They were caught on camera at a petrol station in Heidelberg while filling the bakkie up with petrol.
