A provincial tracking team, in conjunction with detectives from Polokwane, arrested the deceased’s 42-year-old wife on Tuesday, April 3, following a sting operation in Lephalale, Bosveld Review reports.
According to police spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo, the sting operation on 27 March resulted in the arrest of a highly wanted suspect, also a businessman (40), who was allegedly involved in the killing of the deceased.
This, in conjunction with information received, led to the arrest of the deceased’s wife, who is believed to be the girlfriend of one of the suspects involved.
