Police simulation exercise to take place in Kempton Park tonight

Police plan to simulate a real-life scenario tonight.

Sounds of gun fire, explosives and blaring sirens will erupt in Kempton Park tonight, Kempton Express reports.

Although it will sound like all hell has broken loose in the city, stay calm, as it will only be a simulation exercise carried out by the police.

The exercise is expected to start around 7pm tonight, and last until 4am on Tuesday 20 February.

Residents in surrounding areas are advised to take precautionary measures if their pets are sensitive to loud noise.
