A mother and daughter were stabbed by three men armed with knives during a robbery on Beach Road, on KwaZulu-Natal’s South Coast, at about 9pm on Monday.
“The daughter was stabbed in the chest and the mother in the arm,” said ER24 paramedic, Leo Fourie.
Both patients were treated by an off-duty medic and Voluntary Emergency Medical Assistance (VEMA) volunteer until ER24 arrived and took over treatment, the South Coast Sun reported.
