Man shocked to death in freak accident on Mpumalanga farm

The man was working on a water tank on the farm when he was shocked by overhanging cables.

Jandré Bosman, 32, was working on a water tank on a farm in Kriel, Mpumalanga, when the ladder he was standing on touched overhanging power cables, shocking him to death, reports Middelburg Observer.

His brother, Jaco, described him as someone that lived life to the fullest.

A paramedic took this photo of the scene, which was put on Facebook.

“Life never rushed him. He was always where he was happiest. He had a very full life. He was a character, and the people that rushed to the farm are a testament to how many people loved him,” his brother said.

Jandré leaves behind his parents, two brothers, and two sisters.

An informal memorial will be held for him on Saturday.
