Man found dead with stab and bullet wounds in Tembisa

It is believed the man left his home to take his grey Toyota Verso to a car wash and never returned.


Investigation are under way after a 47-year-old man from Kempton Park was found dead at Ehlanzeni Hostel in Tembisa, on the East Rand.

Police spokesperson Captain Neldah Sekgobela said the man had stab and bullet wounds.

“It is believed the man left his home on the afternoon of January 29 to take his grey Toyota Verso to a car wash. He never returned,” said Sekgobela.

Sekgobela said following police investigations, the vehicle was recovered in Kwa-Thema in Springs.

No arrests have been made.
