There have been reports on social media about an alleged bomb scare at the Mall of Africa.
Midrand police’s Captain Lionel Chetty has told the Midrand Reporter that reports of a bomb scare at the Mall of Africa are not true.

He said police have dispatched the K9 unit just for procedure, as the alleged bomb scare was a planned evacuation drill.
